Pallet Board Reconditioning Machine
The Pallet Board Reconditioner is built tough to Acora Reneco's own design. It will smoothly and efficiently remove nail heads and stubble from stringers so that they can be reused in new pallets or in the repair of existing damaged pallets.
The Acora Reneco Pallet Board Reconditioner employs three high tech cutting heads wirh reversible tips. Each head consists of 32 individual tips and each tip has two usable sides giving maximum life of consumable parts.
The smooth action is provided by Rosta tensioned anvils to clamp and control the board throughout transition through the cutting heads. These anvils are adjustable to permit precise control of cutting depth.
Outfeed features automatic board stacking mechanism and can be easily integrated into your pallet handling line. Single operator control and a speed of 12 lugs per minute makes for smooth, efficient operation with minimum overhead.
