From Brixen to Australia

We are pleased to welcome Philipp Schrott, from Microtec in Italy into our Melbourne office, to offer technical support service for our growing Microtec equipment lines in Australia and New Zealand.

Philipp served his apprenticeship as an Information Technology specialist in Brixen, Italy and before coming to Australia he worked for Microtec as a Systems Administrator. He has technical experience in Programming Languages, Windows and Linux platforms and PLC programming. Philipp also holds certificates in Cisco CCNA 1 Networking Basics, Cisco CCNA 2 Router and Routing Basics and an Electronic Computer Driving Licence.

With the growing list of customers and products in service in Australia, Philipp will be busy both assisting with installations and in the service of existing equipment.

We now have 3 GoldenEye grading systems, 2 ViScan strength grading systems, 3 edger optimisers and 2 VarioSort sorter/stacker control systems running in Australasia with more systems on order.

Microtec as a partner, with its commitment to Research and Development, as well as total dedication to its customer base world wide, is an exciting development for Acora Reneco. We have worked together for over 3 years now and the systems integration works really well, with Acora Reneco building the handling equipment, project managing and installing side by side with Microtec, the 2 companies compliment each other extremely well.

Philipp can be contacted on 0457 791 591 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
