 Microtec Optiline - Maximised Cutting Pattern
A perfect cutting pattern every time. Optiline 3D allows the log to be fed into the saw carriage to achieve maximum value. All the measurement parameters of the log are taken into account, starting from the contour and progressing to irregularities and flaws.
Optline carries out a full scan on the log and a three dimensional fingerprint of the log is created and saved. Once on the band saw carriage the log is partially scanned again and the system retrieves the log fingerprint from file, allowing the log to be automatically fed into the carriage and sawn for maximum value recovery based on customer orders or specific product data.
