 Log Bucking is the heart of every long log sorting line, and Springer's expertise in log bucking can be seen everywhere in Europe. Their reputation is for extremely high strength and reliable equipment coming from their expertise in design, deep knowledge base, very modern fabrication and CNC machining facilities.
Springer offer handling solutions for logs up to 27 metres long, which can be cut automatically into shorter lengths. Measuring lines fitted with the appropriate measurement technology and the relevant trimmer-optimising programs from MiCROTEC classify the log in optimum fashion by diameter, crook and many other important criteria.
Logs are then cut accurately to length on the trimming line. We guarantee precise trimming lengths with tight measurement tolerances. The Springer range also includes cross-trimming lines for short timber. All lines are individually designed and built in response to the requirements and performance ratings.
