 A huge variety of Stackers is available from Springer, beginning with cheaper solutions for 5 layers, to medium range speed up to 12 layers, through to high speed installations with up to 28 cycles per minute. The solution depends on the package size and whether automatic stick laying is required.
Stackers with fixed arms are used for capacities up to approximately 15 layers per minute or layer widths over 2 metres.
The Springer pivoting arm system was developed for high-speed lines. These machines permit a capacity of up to 26 layers per minute and ensure a smooth material flow thanks to the seamless acceptance of the layers by the stacker arm.
