  • Optional 3rd feed roller available for difficult or long board feeding (outboard bearing support rovided on feed roll assembly to give better support.)
  • Proximity sensor for cycling of feed.
  • Plastic deck sprockets
  • Steel chain is standard, plastic chain available as an option
  • Heavy duty tubular framework
  • Adjustable legs and fence bars
  • Pneumatic hold down feed rolls
  • Supplied with urethane feed wheels (easily changed to flast steel or knurled)
  • 2 models available: standard unit to 92 m/min., high speed unit to 183m/min.
  • Lengths are from 2.45m, 6.35m, 4.6m and 6m

Heavy Duty Moulder Feed System

Thickness - 9mm min. to 65mm max.
Length - 276mm min. (185mm optional)
Width - 18mm min. to 210mm max.

Specifications:

  • Speed variable from 15 m/min to 92 m/min.
  • Variable frequency drive with keypad for the speed changes. "Baldor" or equal Included.
  • Bed of machine is a 305mm wide belt. This is one belt, dropping down to allow a gap for a live top and bottom feed roller assembly.
  • Bottom roll is approx. 230mm dia. with chromed knurl face.
  • Roll speed adjusts with the belt drive.
  • Main drive is 5 HP.
