Salton’s double air pass cross shaft kiln is designed with center reheat coils and multizoning to provide superior drying quality and improved uniformity of final moisture content across the charge. Salton’s WINKILN computer control system can control up to 48 independent heat control zones for exceptional control and uniformity of temperature and drying throughout the kiln.
Salton’s double air pass kiln is designed for safe, easy maintenance with wide catwalk access to tthe externally mounted air circulation motors, vent actuators and all aspects are designed with ease of maintenance in mind.
