Eurosaw

The EuroSaw is designed to saw cants with maximum yield. The feedworks feature a unique design which follows the sweep of the cant around the cutting line of the sawblades.
The EuroSaw-P is fitted with a profiler and can produce up to four edged side boards simultaneously with the finishing of the cant.

Design

The EuroSaw has a heavy duty frame containing vertically adjustable saw arbors for various saw-blade diameters, permitting a consistent cut to the thinnest possible kerf. The unique arbor design of the EuroSaw enables sweep sawing with high dimensional accuracy and the separate infeeds with powered vertical rollers guide the cant up to the sawblades for high accuracy even during maximum sweep sawing.

 

EuroSaw Blades

To eliminate time-consuming tool changes the sawblades are pre-mounted onto sleeves, ready to insert. The sleeves are mounted onto the saw arbors and locked with a fast-locking system. This system allows a quick change from one dimension to another.
